As a Driver Team Lead for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. You lead the team and are responsible for the daily operations/jobs on your truck. You interact with clients and educate about pricing and services, assist them with needs, ensuring 110% satisfaction. SAFELY operate the junk truck at all times. Make sure all daily inspections are performed and all materials are stocked and stored correctly. You lead your team and run your truck using business skill and have great customer relationships. IF YOU

  • have a valid drivers license with clean driving record, and able to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • like being active, enjoy hustling to completion, understand world class customer service and helping others
  • want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity
  • are drug and alcohol free and are be able to pass a federal background check and drug screen

Excellent earning potential including hourly pay plus tips.

Hiring immediately part time and full time opportunities.
