About the Role:
The Digital Optimization Manager will be accountable for driving measurable improvements in website performance, conversion, and customer experience. To succeed in this role, the individual must combine technical expertise with analytical thinking, collaboration, and a strong customer-first mindset. These efforts build the value of using our brand to facilitate the sales process that instills confidence and satisfaction in our system.     

You are an experienced hands-on CRO expert and have a passion for driving continued improvements across our website and making ongoing changes that improve site performance and optimization. You are data-driven and wake up every day thinking about how to improve website performance.  

You are data-focused- using it to drive improvements and accurate reporting.   
 
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage day-to-day website performance, functionality, and uptime.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversions, SEO, engagement, and testing results) and provide actionable insights.
  • Execute optimization initiatives, including SEO improvements, conversion funnel enhancements, and CTA effectiveness.
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, implementing successful changes to drive conversions.
  • Improve the digital customer journey using usability testing, heatmaps, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and IT teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of website projects.
  • Stay current on digital best practices, trends, and tools, proactively introducing new opportunities for growth. 
SKILLS & TRAITS
  • Strong proficiency in website management (CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS).
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, CRO, analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, heatmapping tools, testing software).
  • Ability to translate data into insights and prioritize optimizations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to deliver updates and optimizations on time.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working across technical and creative teams.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a track record of improving conversions and engagement.
  • Curious, adaptable, and innovative — continuously seeking new ways to enhance digital performance. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in website conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience using various technologies and platforms to optimize websites
