  • Establish a clear framework for franchise participation, ensuring the right processes, pricing, and logistics are in place.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, third-party carriers, and logistics partners to enhance service offerings.
Financial & Performance Management
  • Oversee pricing models, cost structures, and P&L management to drive profitability.
  • Track key performance metrics, providing regular reports on growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and measure success.
What You Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics, fleet management, brokers, and third-party carrier partnerships.
  • P&L management experience with a track record of driving financial performance.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills to collaborate cross-functionally with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Experience utilizing technology solutions to enhance service and financial performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
Success in the First Year (Key Wins):
