About You:

As a Franchise Business Coach, you will work directly with franchise owners over the phone and in the field to make a positive impact on top-line revenue, bottom-line profitability, and cash flow.  Monitor and coach to daily performance metrics to drive sales activity and ensure costs are in line with brand standards to promote profitability. Understand and utilize internal standards to ensure proper service delivery and client "WOW" factor.  Create a relentless focus on consistent execution of the basics; provide best practices on-location training assistance as needed to support operations, marketing, human resource management, financial and business development in each location.  Identify roadblocks to franchise profitability, regardless of origin, and work to take appropriate action to solve for the individual and/or system.  Be well-versed and enforce standard operating procedures, franchise agreement and moving licensing regulations. *Must live in the Dallas, TX area*

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
·        Work with 25-30 locations and act as a franchisee facing resource to include on-location visits with your assigned group of franchise partners.
 
 
·        Through the use of scorecards, assist in coaching to and holding franchise partners accountable to the College H.U.N.K.S. Way.
 
 
·        Participate in new franchise training and ongoing training program development.
 
 
·        Collaborate with the coaching team to share best practices in coaching as well as connecting franchise partners to subject matter experts throughout the brand.
 
 
·        Contribute to the ongoing documentation, training and refinement of best practices for franchise partners.
 
 
·        Interpret financial statements such as P&L, cash flow statement and recommend areas of opportunity for franchise partners to improve profitability and maximize growth opportunities.
 
·        Keep accurate, historical records of franchise partner interactions through documentation in FranConnect.
 
·        Create yearly financial forecasts in conjunction with franchise partners, using historical location data, brand standards and benchmarks.
 
·        Support departmental quarterly and year initiatives where appropriate including creation or refinement of operations manual.
 
·        Other duties as assigned.

 
Education and/or Experience:
 
·        Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university OR
·        4+ years related experience and/or training OR
·        Equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Communication Skills:
 
·        Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
 
Travel Requirements:
 
·        To perform the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to drive up to 100 or more miles, as well as fly. The employee will frequently travel overnight and out of town.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
