Who we are: We are a full-service Moving and Junk Removal Company. We are actively looking to grow our team as the busy season is upon us. We are Looking for Captains - Individuals that can lead small 3-6 man teams to complete the job at hand.

 Qualifications
Who we're looking to hire: If you love customer service and helping others, you've come to the right place. Our company Is a team of Individuals that excel at providing Superior customer service. No experience necessary! We provide hands-on training to all HUNKS to ensure you succeed. Must meet the following qualifications:
  • Must Be 21 to drive our trucks (its the law)
  • Self-motivated
  • Reliable
  • Leaders
  • Highly Active individuals for our fast paced environment 
  • Pay Based on Experience, Reliability, Work ethic, and Availability
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds with a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Cell Phone ( How we do our Scheduling)
  • Valid/Active Driver's License.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Part time (20-30)
  • Full time (30-40)
  • Experience in  moving, driving, labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse work is helpful

Job Summary
To be a professional moving company captain that helps people by providing hands-on labor, moving, and junk removal service. We serve residential and commercial businesses/services.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
  • Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
  • SAFELY operate at all times.
  • Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed
  • Be able to make logistical decisions ( how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
  • Lead your team by relevant examples, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
  • Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
  • Complete Daily Checklists.
  • Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
  • Check-in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Compensation: $13-$18/hr




College Hunks Hauling Junk - KC / ATX is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
