College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving - Nashville, TN is hiring a Internal Move Coordinator to assume the role of growing a small business through various functions including but not limited to: dispatch, maintaining inventory, scheduling, closing duties, managing captains and crews, etc. This is a full time position with afternoon/2nd shift hours. We are looking for someone to supervise and manage the warehouse and crews during the second half of the day. This position requires the ability to multitask, problem solve, and hold our Captains accountable throughout your shift. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Holds Captains and Crews accountable

- Problem solving - customer resolutions - scheduling conflict resolutions - crew conflict resolutions

- Dispatching and monitoring evening crews 

- Closing of the shop at end of work day

- Maintaining daily logs

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack

- Ability to multitask

 

****This is a full time position with afternoon/2nd shift hours. We are looking for someone to supervise and manage the warehouse and crews during the second half of the day. Requirements:

- Driver License with at least 3 years or good driving history

- Ability to pass federal background check 

- Experience managing or supervising a team

- Ability to lead by example

 

Compensation:

- Starting pay $17/hr
